The race was fantastic, the best I have ever done. Your organisation was perfect and the itinerary very well planned. I made so many new friends and we hope to race La Trans Aq and other races together again. I had no injuries at all - even my feet did not suffer! My thanks goes to you for creating such a wonderful experience and to all your helpers and volunteers who worked so hard for all the competitors.
I look forward to seeing the photographs. I also see on the website, that a video will be available too. I would like to buy a video
With your permission, I would like to write about La Trans Aq on a forum (www.themds.co.uk). There are many Ultra runners from the UK and other countries who are members and I know that La Trans Aq is a race they would really enjoy I feel that La Trans Aq is ultra running's best kept secret in the UK, and it would be great if more people could experience this wonderful race!

I would just like to say, on behalf of Vaughan and I, a massive thank you for another wonderful Trans Aq. Since this was our third Trans Aq and fifth multi-day event, we got our food and equipment almost right at last!! We enjoyed the whole event immensely and I certainly never expected to win the ladies race! What a birthday present - the best ever!!
I have to say that the route was the best yet and it was great not having a long beach section on the last day. I don't think you should bring back orienteering. I liked it better the way it was this year. It was lovely seeing the benevoles at surprise controls. In fact, all the benevoles were marvellous as usual and worked tirelessly on our behalf - many many thanks to them.
The food before and after the event was excellent too - better than at home! We have made some wonderful new friends and we're already planning to meet up at events in the UK in the near future.
So thank you very very much again and I know we'll be back in future years. I have had quite a lot of email and verbal enquiries from people regarding 2011, so hopefully you'll get more UK entries.

I cannot thank you enough for the most fantastic week, even though It beat me once again, I had the best week of my year.
My sons Steven & Gary finished and were totaly overwhelmed by the La Tans Aq’ experience.
They have now given you the honourable title of " Gerard, The Zen Master of running ". The Trans Aq and you make me a better person when at home, and you and the Trans Aq keep me in love with running, and even now I am planning my training ( and holidays ) for the " future "
